Our Accommodation Policies
Welcome to Bramblewick House. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review our accommodation policies below before booking.
Check in & Out
- Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
- As we do not operate a 24-hour front desk, guests must notify us of their expected check-in time in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
- Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM
- Late check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, unless agreed in writing prior to arrival or departure.
Guest Requirements
- Minimum occupancy: one person
- The primary guest must be 18 years or older
- Children must be supervised at all times while on the property
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside
- Including All accommodation areas
- Including Reception and indoor communal spaces
Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged the total non-refundable price of the reservation
Personal Belongings
- Bramblewick House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Bramblewick House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome at Bramblewick House.
- Guests must ensure that pets are Supervised at all times
- Pets must be well behaved and not disruptive to other guests.
Parties & Events
- Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted on the premises.
- This policy helps maintain a quiet and relaxing environment for all guests.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum during this time.
Damage Deposit
- A refundable damage deposit of €65 is required on arrival.
- The deposit will be refunded after departure, once the accommodation has been checked and no damage is found
